Oui ... et non. On n'en fait pas qu'en cit\u00e9 ardente. C'est du c\u00f4te de l'Alsace qu'on en retrouve \u00e9galement une variante. L\u00e0 on les appelle manalas (ou manneles). Si vous n'avez pas de robot ... version manuelle \ud83d\ude42\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>N'oubliez pas de sortir le beurre un peu \u00e0 l'avance.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Mettez dans le bol : la farine, le sucre, le sel, la levure, l\u2019\u0153uf et le lait.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>\u00c9vitez le contact entre le sel et la levure.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>P\u00e9trir \u00e0 vitesse moyenne.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Incorporez le beurre coup\u00e9 en morceaux.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>P\u00e9trissez pendant 20 minutes.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Recouvrez le bol et laissez lever la p\u00e2te deux bonnes heures.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>D\u00e9gazez la p\u00e2te en la p\u00e9trissant \u00e0 nouveau.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Incorporez le sucre perl\u00e9 et les p\u00e9pites (ou raisins).\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li><span class=\"bold\">Fa\u00e7onnage et cuisson :<\/span>\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Concernant le fa\u00e7onnage, je proc\u00e8de de la sorte. Une boule de 70 \u00e0 80 gr. au centre, deux plus petites boules de 30 \u00e0 40 gr. autour de la plus grosse.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Vous pouvez essayer la technique du boudin avec pincement aux deux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s, mais il faut ma\u00eetrisez.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>ATTENTION : Apr\u00e8s fa\u00e7onnage, il faut de nouveau laisser lever la p\u00e2te deux heures.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>La temp\u00e9rature de cuisson est de 160\u00b0 en chaleur tournante. 15 minutes de temps de cuisson en moyenne.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>N'h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 les mettre encore ti\u00e8des dans une bo\u00eete herm\u00e9tique.
