R\u00e9servez.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Dans une casserole, chauffez \u00e0 feu doux le lait avec la cr\u00e8me. Y verser ensuite le chocolat cass\u00e9 en morceaux.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>M\u00e9langez jusqu'\u00e0 ce que tout soit fondu. Verser ce chocolat dans le saladier \u0153ufs\/sucre tout en m\u00e9langeant.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>R\u00e9servez cette pr\u00e9paration au frigo jusqu'\u00e0 complet refroidissement.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>D\u00e9poussi\u00e9rez votre sorbeti\u00e8re.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Versez la pr\u00e9paration au chocolat dans un r\u00e9cipient avec un bec verseur.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Versez doucement cette pr\u00e9paration dans le bol de la sorbeti\u00e8re.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Laissez turbiner ainsi pendant au moins 15 minutes.
