Plusieurs variantes existent, je donnerai la recette du m\u00eame g\u00e2teau en version sans lactose dans un prochain article. Pour les pommes, vous pouvez tout aussi bien les couper en d\u00e9s, les faire revenir dans du beurre et de la cannelle et ensuite les m\u00e9langer \u00e0 la p\u00e2te. sucrez un moule \u00e0 manquer de 26 cm.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Versez la pr\u00e9paration dans le moule.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Pelez et coupez les pommes en quartiers.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Les disposer en rosace.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Enfournez pendant 30 minutes minimum (\u00e7a d\u00e9pend vraiment du
